Abstract :
This paper examines the modeling and simulation process of an assembly line of a certain computer manufacturer. It employs the powerful re-develop technology of the Flexsim software to perform advanced simulation modeling, thereby eliminating the difficulties in the modeling of inventory management system and in its simulation optimization. This paper also presents the codes for advanced simulation. It has practical significance for facilitating the complex modeling of inventory management system, and provides managers with substantial analytic data and close-to-reality visual scenarios to make sound decisions.
