Abstract :
To observe the pupillary and retinal behavior in the constricts and dilation process, retinal threshold, retinal illumination and pupillary response to chromatic stimuli, in the visible spectrum (400 - 650 nm) was obtained. To diagnosis the visual perception to the colors, we used the stimulation program "PG20" designed in our laboratory. The test was carried out with 1% subjects (12 men, 6 women form 23 to 52 years). According to the pIates of Ishihara, 16 of theme have normal vision to the colors, one of theme has dicromasy (inability to differ or to perceive the red and green colors), while another present deficiencies to persive suffers diabetes mellitus.
