Abstract
As test throughput and uptime demands continue to increase, it is imperative that your ATE system runs predictably and reliably for days, weeks, and months at a time. Many military and aerospace accounts have already standardized on LabWindows/CVI for test procedure set (TPS) development because it offers proven reliability and backward compatibility based on ANSI C standards. With the LabWindows/CVI Real-Time module, engineers can extend their LabWindows/CVI applications to target real-time hardware that offers greater reliability and determinism than is possible with Windows targets. This new module provides a complete real-time development platform with time-critical threading libraries, APIs for COTS instrumentation, automatic deployment, and seamless integration with Windows targets for user interface display.
