Abstract :
Aluminum parts is processed by using a machine of various tools. This processed goods the surface becomes roughly form because of structure is planned. The metal-powder exists in the surface. So the use of this processed goods is impossible. Must remove the metal-powder because of this. After the shining process of the aluminum, the small steel balls should be removed from the aluminum parts. However, due to their small size, it is not easy to remove them from the surface completely by shaking the aluminum parts. Currently, magnetizing and detecting circuits are used to detect the presence of the steel balls. However, the detection sensitivity of the conventional method is low and suffers from saturation. In this research, a novel algorithm is proposed for use with a differential circuit in a magnetic field detection circuit to increase the detection sensitivity and reliability. Through practical experiments, the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm and differential circuits in detecting magnetized balls is verified.
