Abstract
The digital control systems used in an elevator drive motor are outlined with emphasis placed on isolation noise reduction, and modularity. The methods of isolation are integrated with data gathering and preprocessing functions. The use of repeated circuitry makes the use of custom ICs attractive for these circuit functions
