Abstract :
For speech driven or multi-media call services an architecture is presented that allows a flexible and efficient design and implementation in order to quickly adapt to a variety of applications and environments. A number of recognition and speech output `specialists´ can be freely combined to serve the particular and often quickly changing requirements of the applications
