Abstract :
Water represents the complex associated liquid structure, consisting of molecules combined in complex dynamical network by hydrogen bonds. In the present paper the energetic levels of the proton in the H-bond and frequency of tunneling of the proton have been calculated. Obtained frequencies are in the millimeter wave range
