Abstract :
Steel slag tailings were activated by heat treatment, and then mixed with blast furnace-slag, gypsum and addition to make cementitious materials. And the effect on compressive strength of water-binder ratio and temperature of heat treatment was studied. When 45 percent of the materials were heat treated steel slag tailings, its strength property was up to the requirements of the national standard of blast furnace-slag cements.
