Abstract :
With the increasing trend and rely of the distribution systems on DGs, new controlling strategies are being proposed. The main goal of this paper is to study the impact of nonlinear controllers on the islanding detection and compare the results with several traditional linear controllers. In this paper, performance of the controllers is studied through numerical simulation in the Matlab/Simulink environment.
