Approach for enhancing data transfer security and performance over internet

Increasing security levels over internet results in lower performance. This paper proposes an approach for improving the data transfer over internet by investigating the optimal combination of security and performance techniques. We present the main security and performance issues and the preventions techniques. We work the most important issues, examine the prevention techniques and measure the performance to conclude the best approach and solve the priority dilemma.
