Abstract :
Mobile agent technique involves distributed control if communication among different types of network, especially when it can migrate from station to station. Mobile agent technology´ has the ability to travel from host to host in a network and to places of their own choosing at times. If motivates force in reducing network traffic and overcoming network latency and their ability to operate asynchronously and independently of the process that create it. Those efficiencies of mobile agent can be implemented in collaborative distance learning environment. Collaborative learning is achieved either between the student and the tutor or inside a group of learner interaction with the human tutor. It enables separate users to effectively facilitate remote access for distance learning. In this paper, we present the agent approach for the development of collaborative learning. Our propose framework use mobile agent as a personal agents to assist the students and the human tutor. An artificial tutor agent partially tries to replace the human during student interaction. Our propose approach potentially solves most of the learning solutions that exist in the real world learning system. Thus, this approach offers the novel workflow of MACL framework to enhance the learning process
