Abstract :
Dielectric isothermal studies were performed on micro composite and micro/nano composite silicone rubber at low temperature range from 113K to 253K and in a frequency range from 10-1 to 106 Hz. Three kind of samples have been studied: i) base Liquid Silicone Rubber LSR; ii) base LSR plus 0,02 weight fraction of nano SiOx particles added and iii) base LSR plus 0,10 nano filler. A comparison of dielectric response for the three kind of samples is showed at 123K, 153 K (below and near of base LSR glass transition temperature), 213 K (near base LSR crystallization temperature) and 253 (above base LSR melting point). Real part of relative permittivity value decreases when 0,02 weight fraction of nano fillers are added to base LSR. But it increases when 0,10 weight fraction of nano fillers are added to base LSR
