Abstract :
This paper describes a new efficient simulation approach of a DSP controlled single-phase voltage-fed AC-DC power conversion circuit and system. The proposed power conversion circuit simulation approach is based on a circuit equation modeled by substituting time-varying switched resistor circuit in place of all the active and passive power semiconductor switching blocks of the power converter circuit. An algebraic algorithm transforms the matrices of the circuit equation into matrices of the state vector equation. Mathematical computations require a state-vector equation described by state-variables, namely, inductors and capacitors. Simulation results are illustrated and discussed together with experimental results
