Abstract :
Based on the reciprocity theorem, the far field formulation in the frequency domain of an arbitrarily oriented electric dipole located above the interface of the half space is deduced. Then the radiation patterns of an arbitrarily oriented helical antenna over half-space are given. The results show that this formulation can be applied to fast calculation the far radiation field of an antenna located above the interface of the half space.
