A coordinating mechanism of inventory network in supply-driven chain

Supply-driven chain is different from demand- driven supply chain, because of its initiative to meet the user needs to gain better dynamic performances. The conception and characteristics of supply-driven chain are discussed here, and then the network topology model of its inventory system. Two aspects of inventory coordination are analyzed here, including both the horizontal coordination between suppliers or manufacturers, and the vertical coordination between suppliers and manufacturers, or between manufacturers and retailers/end users, to fit the user demand forwardly.
