Analysis on the enterprise legal relationship with supply chain management mode and its system establishment

The relationship between cooperative enterprises with global supply chain management mode has changed profoundly. Thereby bringing correlative legal issues and raising legal risk. The paper constructed the legal relationship model of it by theory of jurisprudence and histology, then, the relational behaviors of contract parties and application of legal provision were analyzed in depth as well as the game analysis and risk analysis. Also the developing process of legal relationship and the network implemental structure of the second frame contract were described. Further more, the way and steps to control the legal risk was given. In terms of the constructing legal system, the questions of integration and unification were solved by using knowledge management technologies, and some of the suggestions for constructing correlative legislation system adapted to international environment and legal environment following the requisition of enterprise development was provided finally.
