Abstract :
In this paper high-frequency flipped voltage follower (FVF) circuits for low-power and/or low-voltage operation is proposed. The resistive compensation method is used to extend the bandwidth. The bandwidth of the conventional circuits is increased without affecting the gain of the systems. In the proposed work, the wideband FVF is used as a basic building block to improve the performance of some analog electronic circuits. The circuits are simulated in TSMC 0.25um CMOS technology using 3V supply on SPICE. Simulation results show that the newly introduced wideband FVF structures can be used to implement various analog and mixed signal circuits.
