Abstract :
In modern SRAMs, sense amplifiers are used to amplify the bit line swing in order to decrease access time. This paper seeks to present some new designs to improve the input and output impedance of the current mode sense amplifier. Two distinct groups of architectures are evaluated, and simulations were conducted for each group. Their performances are evaluated and compared
