Abstract :
In this study, two methods including injection liquid endophyte to the germs and soaking seeds by liquid endophyte were taken to get new tall types of fescue-endophyte association, the types of endophyte were Neotyphodium typhinum and Neotyphodium starrii; the types of tall fescue were Millennium, Tripe A, Arid III, Eldorado, Crossfire II, Little Hero, Fawn, Sun Boy. The results showed that the endophyte infection effect was good, seven new types of tall fescue-endophyte association were got respectively by two ways, but the endophyte infection rates were low relatively, mostly not exceed 5%. The results will provide new material and new ideas for vegetation restoring under difficult conditions, with important theoretical meaning and economic value.
