Game analysis based on enterprises´ work safety supervision

The impotent supervision on work safety is a major reason leading to the serious conditions of unsafe production in China´s enterprises. From the perspective of the game theory, this article makes an analysis of the supervision effect on the work safety of China´s enterprises within the current system and mechanism, pointing out that the fundamental way to improve the work safety conditions is the system innovation and the encouragement of the supervisors´ “efforts” in this aspect.
