Based on the market research which including the market environment, the competitive situation around, the surrounding tourist composite index, tourism, vacation, leisure and tourism of Anguo temple scenic area, following with in-depth analysis of the results of detailed analysis, we made a pre-job planning using the theory and method of architecture programming, from six aspects: 1. the idea of the scale of targets; 2. the external conditions for sure; 3. the internal conditions of the investigation grasp; 4. the concept of space environment; 5. the concept of economic; 6. technical concept areas, we design the planning according Anguo temple´s own unique characteristics and the owners of the planning expectations. From this pre-job planning we can draw out an available program of the scenic planning, which also do much help to the work of designers.
