Abstract :
Monitoring of technology processes is crucial for quality management and also for effectiveness of following logistics chain to achieve customer expectations and requirements. The control of upheavals of moulding presses often fails in using manual records. It is crucial mainly for owner´s moulds. The improvement is solved by RFID technology and read-write tags. This paper focuses on full description of the system which controls the number of upheavals of the moulding press. It is not based on direct recording into tags, but on clientserver application. It uses web based interface with access by mobile phone. The evaluation in real operation confirms improvement in controlling of moulds operation.
