Abstract :
The concrete slab cracking during construction should be based on the comprehensive understanding of loads, load effects ,structural resistance and available safety index of the structure. In this article, authors discussed the characteristics and probabilistic models of resistance, loads , and load effects, and analyzes cracking risk according to probability of concrete structure during construction. It was a complex of procedure, mainly including thermal, dry shrinkage and shore. The calculation results show that the critical cracking risk can be applied to real engineering. It is helpful to optimize concrete proportion and reduce the concrete structure cracking. Furthermore, a new system of quality management and control of concrete buildings during construction is proposed. It combines processes quality management with protection of processes product. The results of engineering applying show that this system helps to improve the engineering quality.
