Abstract :
By analyzing characteristics of inferior variation of water environment since 1980s, point out the severity of inferior variation in Jinghuiqu Irrigation District,especially for groundwater environment, and meantime possible reasons for inferior variation of water environment are discussed from nature and anthropogenic factors. The results indicate that reduction of surface water irrigation quantity destoried water balance, large quantity aquifer has been drained, which is the most direct reason for the deterioration of water environment. In addition decrease in precipitation, increase in evaporation and variation in geological condition also play roles to some extent. At last author considers that only through reasonable groundwater artificial recharge, can water environment be improved, and all of these not only mend local water environment, but also contribute to sustainable utilization of water resource, and ultimately guarantee eco-environment and cereals safety of irrigation district.
