Qcc in lumber industry timber production quality improvement application

QCC which full name is Quality Control Circles is quality control tool and widespread use in Industrial enterprise at present. QCC origins in Japan, the enterprises call it the quality control group which is one kind of lively and special forms of action in the organization. A number of industrial enterprises have already introduced QCC and used in enterprise´s quality control. At present, the QCC still not be used in the lumber industry enterprise. Take a state-owned forestry bureau as an example and try to apply the QCC theory in it on this paper.
