Abstract :
This contribution presents general filtering structure from which many filtering solutions with different target features can be derived. This topology utilizes only current active elements and is designed for current-mode operation. One particular solution with independently adjustable quality factor is presented and analyzed. This universal filter was simulated with CMOS models of active elements, whose structures are also included in this paper. Simulation results confirm design correctness.
