Abstract :
In order to apprehend the process of natural senescence of plant leaf, the parameter changes of ultra-weak luminescence, delayed luminescence (DL) of Nematanthua Cheerio leaves were researched. The result showed that: the ultra-weak luminescence had obvious disciplinarian changes with the increasing of the leaf age. Both the spontaneous luminescence intensity and the attenuation parameter (1/p) of the delayed luminescence first increased and then descended during the process of senescence. There had the strongest spontaneous luminescence and the slowest DL during the maturation phase of leaf, moreover they remained opposite stabilization.
