Abstract :
Bioluminescence Imaging (BLI) is a powerful methodology for molecular imaging of small laboratory animals. This paper proposes our latest developed bioluminescence technology that enables the study of ongoing biological processes in vivo. This prototype technology includes the hardware/software integrated system with some image restoration algorithm based on structure enhanced median filtering and morphological structure detection. Successful experiment results using in vivo small animal are presented in this paper.
