Enterprise safety performance evaluating index system study is a new project. By deeply analyzing to the situation of enterprise safety and safety performance evaluation domestic and overseas, this paper creatively used the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach for enterprises to establish safety performance evaluating index system. By this way, we set the dimensions and determine the weight up with a result, of which set the first layer of the dimensions can be divided into four dimensions: financial safety, internal safety management, external safety management, learning & growth. Using weight factor judgment table method determine evaluating index weight.
