Abstract :
This paper describes the implementation of a continuous-time low-pass DeltaSigma modulator in SOI CMOS technology. Modulator operates at a supply voltage of 3.3V, uses an oversampling ratio of 32 and can achieve a maximum dynamic range of 63dB (more than 10 bits) in a bandwidth of 500kHz
