Preface

ICRCC12 attracted more than 350 paper abstracts which were scrutinized by a technical committee. Approximately 200 papers were selected for submition of full-length papers. A peer review process finally ended up with 80 papers for oral presentation and 40 papers for poster presentation at the conference. The review committee consisted of experts from various National (IIT, NIT, IIIT, JU, CU, AU etc.) and International level (Canada, USA, Australia, United Kingdom, Japan, South Africa, Brazil etc.) organizations. The papers have been categorized into 8 technical sessions and compiled in the proceedings in the following order: Wireless Communication, Sensor Networks, Radar signal processing and operation, Soft Computing and Artificial intelligence, Image processing, Cloud Computing, Data mining, Cryptography.
