Abstract :
Based on the construction example of particular project, the structure and function of a simple bridge fabrication machine studied and invented by our selves are introduced, and the construction technical process for prestressed concrete box girder using this bridge fabrication machine is illuminated. And the structure of this bridge fabrication machine by finite element model is also calculated and analyzed. The result shows that the safety and reliability for using bridge fabrication machine. The successful application of this new technique and construction method provides reference for other bridge engineering.
