Abstract :
The medical diagnostics currently uses a number of parameters which describe the condition of a patient´s cardiovascular system. These parameters are derived from biosignal waveforms, often obtained in different time, under different factors of measurement, so these signals are affected by different level of distortion and noise. The accuracy of the computed parameters for the correct evaluation of the current condition, or progression of cardiovascular system is quite important. The paper describes, in detail, measurement of biosignals and subsequent processing which suppress the inaccuracy of a new method proposed for blood pressure determination.
