Abstract
This paper studies the impact of advanced manufacturing technology (AMT) on the organizational structure and human resource management, for which new models suitable for AMT are presented. The proposed organizational model focuses primarily on the impact of AMT on organizational structure, organizational culture, organizational strategy and job characteristic; whereas the model of human resource management emphasizes four factors, namely, training, full authorization, reasonable rewards and teamwork. Finally, the relationship between technology, employees and organizations is analyzed and the adaptability to the organization for executive effect of AMT is explained in detail.
