Abstract :
Based on the characteristics of mass customization for automobile engine, a robust design in mass customization for automobile engine with orthogonal experiments is presented in this paper. Aimed at the customer demand - fuel consumption of 100km, defining 12 factors, calculating the SNR of every group experiment, analyzing the variance, achieving the best level combination of factors. Ultimately, the design method in mass customization for automobile engine meets customer personalization demand and makes the design factors more stable.
