The marketing economic reform, especially the promotion of urban housing commercialization system, makes the urban construction become the marketing activities that implemented largely by enterprises. Real estate enterprises focus on housing development, pinch abundant funds, technologies and personnel strengths, according to the established strategies, strong leading project design and implementation, for an invincible position in the fierce competition. However, as commercial activities, real estate development is just like a double-edged sword in the protection of regional cultures. The value of regional cultures can be changed into the value of economy, which is called "win-win". Conversely, the regional cultural inheritance will be destroyed. However, due to the poor images of these "nouveau riche", there is little systematic studies in the academic fields. The negligence does great harm to our national housing studies. It is an urgent need to do some research systematically, and to evaluate the limitations and achievements.
