Abstract :
On mass concentration for 512.94g/L of slurry of laterite-nickel ore, it was used that the method of flocculating and solid-liquid separation distilled clear liquid according to slurry property. The results showed that under the conditions of original slurry pH and the 4# flocculant dosage for 1200mg/L, the biggest filtrate volume (V=90.5mL) could be got in the least filtering time (t=6.5min) and the best effect of Solid-liquid Separation could also be got. This process is simple in operation, high efficiency in solid-liquid separation and obvious economic benefits.
