Abstract
Three alloys, based on high melting metals: Nb-La, Nb-U and Ta-U have been studied in the present work. The solubility is absolutely absent in two first alloys, while it is less than 2% in the third one. All the alloys were prepared specially for the work. Investigations have been carried out in an automated experimental method based on the field electron microscope with an ability of current measurement from separate crystallographic plates of the specimen surface.
