Abstract :
Summary form only given. Expressions for the emission current of electrons out of a semiconductor, heated by both a constant and a variable electric field in the presence of a magnetic field, have been obtained. The corrections caused by heat dimensional effects taken into account. The cases of normal and abnormal skin-effect have been considered separately. The possibility of finding the effective electron mass in semiconductors, the electron concentration and characteristics of the electron-phonon interaction is discussed.
