Abstract :
Two LSIs for ECB have been developed under the SOI-BiCDMOS process. Voltage regulators, a watchdog of the CPU behavior, waveform shapers for wheel-speed sensors and buffers for several sensors are integrated into LSI 1, due to the small device sizes and low power dissipation. An accurate current measurement under high temperature is achieved with a sense MOS. The ECU size is reduced by 41% compared to previous model keeping its performance
