Research on informatization model and path of enterprise cluster

Promoting informatization, based on the common regional characteristics and industrial relationship, is an important strategic measure to support the development of enterprise cluster. From the perspective of value chain, on the basis of the analysis of mechanism that informatization improves continuous value addition of cluster value system, the paper proposes the informatization model of enterprise cluster, emphatically analyzes four informatization dimensions including cluster products, enterprise, network and platform, and designs the realization path of enterprise cluster informatization based on periodic evolution process of enterprise cluster, so as to provide theory method reference for the cluster enterprises and related management department to implement informatization development strategy.
