Abstract :
In the process of working in the field of vacuum microelectronics we have developed effective luminophors, emitting light under the influence of electron bombardment, and simple, cheap, easy to operate field electron cathodes, made of carbon fiber bunches. The aim of the present work was to investigate the possibility of creating a effective and cheap light source, based on vacuum luminescence with field cathodes.
