Abstract
Averaged models of PWM-switched converters, including semiconductor device nonlinearities are presented. The averaged models use virtual delays as parameters related to the semiconductor characteristics of the switching cells, and their transient behaviors. The properties and the estimation of the virtual delays are discussed. Primary simulation results are presented, and particularly comparisons between ideal averaged models and accurate circuit simulations
