  • Abstract
In order to analyze the order and complexity of land resource utilization in Loess Hilly and Gully region, based on dissipative structure theory, the entropy exchange model were set up which according to the characters of utilizations of land resource in Loess Hilly and Gully region. Three types of information entropy were constructed, including protection and harness, production and environment entropy. Taking ShangHuang experimental area as an example, Under the comprehensive treatment methods of land resource, the result show that the entropy decrease gradually from "the sixth five year" period to "the tenth five-year plan" period. Separately, the value of entropy flow is -1.5569, -0.1863, -0.2696, -0.2665 and -0.2719. Which show that the orderly level and stability of land resource have increased gradually.
