Abstract :
The paper leads the application of DEA (data envelopment analysis) into the power engineering bidding estimation practices. The scheme of evaluation carrying out multi-IO indices helps weaken the influence of subjective factor in the power engineering bidding evaluation. The paper builds up the power engineering bid evaluation index system, and in this foundation, it evaluates and analyzes the relative efficiency of the tender schemes. Finally the paper provides advice to the decision-maker with the efficiency information of different scheme in terms of different IO index-combination system.
