Abstract :
Aiming directly at addressing the contradition between fishing-boat weather report machines´ shortcomings and the request for timely and exact weather report. This thesis poses a weather report machines´ program which bases on the GPRS. The program mainly researches the key technology of meteorological information equipment - GPRS, introducing its network configuration and agreements, posing a program based on client and service. It mainly discusses the realization of software, and designs programs in the Delphi visible developing environment.
