Abstract :
In this article author points out requirement of Tech-Knowledge conformity, and regarding software enterprises as example defines Tech-Knowledge conformity, analyzes innovation flow and characteristics, and expounds elaborately Tech-Knowledge conformity modes and ways based on tech-innovation, and HR management ways promoting Tech-Knowledge conformity.
