Abstract :
Urban Rail Transit is a safe, comfortable, convenient, fast, effective and environment-friendly urban infrastructure system. In many large cities, Urban Rail Transit plays an active and key role to alleviate problems such as traffic congestions, air pollution and so on. At the same time, it brings an increase in real estate price. In this dissertation, according to their locations 12 stations of Zhengzhou Metro Line 1 are divided into two groups. Hedonic Price Model is chosen. Each group data is analyzed by regression analysis with SPSS software, to research the different impact regulations of the Zhengzhou Urban Rail Transit to the residential price along the route. In the research, the exact values are obtained which is significant for persons of Urban Rail Transit and the real estate business.
