Model establishment and case study of comprehensive performance evaluation on rural sewage treatment facilities

The present situation and characters of rural sewage were described. Accordingly, the index system for evaluating the performance of rural sewage treatment facilities was proposed, which consisted of two categories-technology and economy. The Delphi method was employed to decide the weight of index. The data was standardized correspondingly and finally the model was construed for evaluating the comprehensive performance of the rural sewage treatment facilities. A case study was implemented, which indicated that the model could reflect the actual performance of the project efficiently and could be well used to monitor and maintain the facilities.
