Abstract :
An unicellular alga was isolated and purified from Dianchi Lake, and the culture conditions were also studied in laboratory. The results showed that growth of the algae was very slowly in medium B while it growed fast in a new medium. The tolerable pH for the algae was between 5 and 9 and the tolerable temperature was 10-37°C. The optimus culture conditions of the unicell algae were pH at 7 and temperature between 15 and 20°C.
